" families and interventionists work together"
Intervention services
Elevate Early Intervention provides effective supports and services for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
Relationship-based support
Family Guided Routines Based Intervention and caregiver coaching promotes the ability of early intervention providers to coach caregivers to engage their young children in learning as they participate in everyday routines and activities that are meaningful to them.
Your Own Environment
Providing early intervention services in the natural environment allows the child and family to learn new strategies, using the child’s toys, people most dear to them and familiar surroundings, to develop and grow. Services in natural environments also help the family or other caregivers learn how to include the child in the community.
