Elevate Early Intervention is New Mexico’s local resource for early developmental support. We provide in-home services for infants and toddlers in Socorro and Valencia counties.

What is Elevate Early Intervention?
Elevate is a home & community-based service that provides family centered, individualized supports to your family and child. Our team comes directly to you, to provide ideas, information, and targeted support that fits into your family’s routines and activities. Our services are flexible, individualized, and completely free. Elevate’s services are available for families residing in Socorro and Valencia counties.
Who is Eligible for Services?
Services are available to children, from birth to three years old based on eligibility, which is determined at the developmental evaluation. The child may be eligible if he/she has:
- A 25% or greater Developmental Delay
- An Established Medical Condition
- Medical Risk Factors
- Environmental Risk Factors

How much does early intervention cost?
Early intervention is free to all families, regardless of having insurance. There is no out of pocket cost.
Do I need insurance to qualify?
No, insurance is not needed to receive early intervention services. Early intervention is covered by insurance if the family has coverage, but it is not necessary for no-cost services
Do I need to be a citizen to qualify?
No, parents and children who do not currently have citizenship can still receive early intervention services.
What programs or services do you offer?
We currently offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, developmental instruction, infant massage, nutrition and family counseling. We also have connections to multiple community resources that support children and their families.
Why Elevate Early Intervention?
Elevate is dedicated to individualizing early intervention services based on the specific needs of the child and priorities of the family. We offer services 5 days a week and during child awake hours. Tailoring to family and child’s needs has been our success and we will continue to offer these supports and services. Elevate supports early intervention providers to coach caregivers to engage young children in learning as they participate in everyday routines and activities that are meaningful to them.
